From routers and LCDs to other critical devices, clients can easily create support tickets when an issue arises, and Service Hub ensures quick and efficient resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.

Problem Statement

The client needed a centralized system to track and manage their contracts, the assets linked to each contract, and the support tickets generated by their clients. Their existing process was manual and inefficient, leading to potential delays in service and a lack of clear oversight on their contractual obligations and asset health. The challenge was to create a comprehensive dashboard that provides a clear overview of all this information in one place.

Possible Solution

We could have created a simple ticketing system, but that wouldn’t have solved the main problem of connecting contracts, assets, and tickets. The best solution was to build an all-in-one dashboard. This gave the client a single, reliable place to manage all their contracts, assets, and support requests, providing a complete overview of their services.

Our Approach

We focused on designing an intuitive and highly functional dashboard.

    • Key Information: We first identified all the key information they needed to track: contracts, assets, tickets, and clients.

    • Visual Design: We then designed a user interface using clear charts and tables to display this data.

    • Dashboard Structure: The dashboard was structured to provide an instant overview of important metrics while also allowing users to easily find specific details.

The Results

The final product is a powerful, user-friendly dashboard. It gives the client full visibility into their operations, making it easy to link contracts to assets and support tickets. This allows them to quickly respond to client issues and proactively manage contracts. The new system has completely changed how they monitor performance, deliver services, and make business decisions.
