HR Management System is a personalized dashbaord for each employee and manages logins, logouts, daily activities, tasks, leave records, and even includes an interview management module, providing a single platform to streamline all HR operations.

Problem Statement

The previous HR management system lacked efficiency and clarity. Employees struggled with scattered information, limited features, and an outdated interface. The challenge was to redesign the platform, improve usability, and add new features like interview management while retaining and improving essential HR functions.

Possible Solution

The possible solution was to completely redesign the HR system with a modern, user-focused interface. We consolidated all HR functions—login/logout, activity tracking, tasks, leaves, and interviews—into an intuitive dashboard for each employee, making it easier to navigate and manage daily operations.
