Overview

We turned disconnected HR tools into one role-based workspace, giving admins, managers, and employees each their own account, their own permissions, and
a single source of truth.

The challenge

HR teams were working across disconnected tools: hiring in one, onboarding in another, attendance in a spreadsheet, and tasks in chat. Every handoff lost context, and there was no single account structure that matched how people actually worked. Admins needed oversight, managers needed team visibility, and employees needed only their own world.

Result

A single platform with account-level, access-based permissions, where an admin sees who is in and who is out across the organization, while an employee sees only their own tasks, time log, and leave status. One login, one source of truth, built around the role, not the tool.

HR / SaaS platform

A data-heavy operations platform redesigned into a focused, role-aware product experience, where what you see on login depends entirely on who you are.

Before → after

Before, hiring, onboarding, attendance, and tasks lived in separate tools with no shared account system, and every employee record was re-entered by hand at each handoff. After, one workspace and one employee graph give every account access to the same underlying record, filtered by what that role is allowed to see and do.

Information architecture

The product is structured around accounts and permissions, not just features. Admins get organization-wide visibility, managers see their teams, and employees see their own tasks, time, and leave across the directory, timesheets, tasks, onboarding, and interviews.
